Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At DezaPanache, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our fashion items. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
•Gift cards
•Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
•Custom-made or personalized items
•Intimate wear, including undergarments and swimwear
•Items that are damaged or missing components due to reasons not caused by us
Proof of purchase
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your items directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
We may offer partial refunds in certain circumstances:
•Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
•Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:
1.Check your bank account.
2.Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
3.Reach out to your bank. Processing times vary between financial institutions.

Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, email us at hello@dezapanache.com with details about the issue and send your item to:

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

•Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and must be covered by you.
•If approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
•For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
